The Team
Mike started his legal career as an associate for a “Big Law” law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he developed immediate substantive experience in a highly-regulated complex area of public securities law, which also touched on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate. After several years, Mike took his career to the Atlanta office of another “Big Law” Am Law 100 law firm with over 23 offices, where he was quick to rise through the ranks, culminating with his early promotion to Shareholder.
Mike is known to be a trusted counselor and advisor and develops a strong rapport with each client, which is integral to an attorney-client relationship, but is hard to find in today’s world of diminishing face-to-face interaction and evolving technology. Mike’s clients put their confidence in him to counsel on legal, as well as strategic and business-related decisions.
In April of 2022, Mike made the very difficult, yet exciting, decision to follow his entrepreneurial calling and started his own law firm, bringing his “Big Law” experience and training with him. He is looking forward to growing his law firm and providing the same level of sophistication and reliable counsel that his clients have grown accustomed to.
