Monarch Title, L.L.C. is the in-house title company of Williams Business Law, L.L.C. We handle commercial and residential sales and loan closings, issue title insurance policies for purchasers and lenders, and provide settlement services for historic homes, condominium and subdivision developers, and substantial commercial acquisitions, developments and repurposing projects. Representative transactions include the purchase, financing and development of a senior living campus, apartment complexes, condominium conversion of a 24-story downtown New Orleans office building, farmland, hunting camps, batture properties, boathouses along Lake Pontchartrain, and acreage across Louisiana.
